RSL Art Union Lottery announces biggest prize house lottery January 13th 2012 - Charities like the RSL Art Union have been taking advantage of the property slump on the Gold Coast, picking up waterfront houses in Queensland at bargain prices, which is fantastic for lottery entrants. The estimated annual rental return on the mansion is $130,000. The house sold in 2006 for $5 million with the charity buying it in 2011 at an undisclosed price and now being valued at $3.4 million.
